17th March 2020: Established over 11 years ago, and now the newest member to join the Carbon Charter, Yum Yum Tree Fudge are this week’s #CharterTuesday focus and take their name from the work they do to replace processed sugar in their products with a natural sweetener derived from the Birch tree.
The recent grand opening of their new state-of-the-art factory near Woolpit, in Suffolk showcased the work they do to reduce the carbon impact of their products.
This includes solar PV and solar thermal, rainwater harvesting, Air Source Heat Pumps, and planning to replace coconut milk with UK Oat Milk in their non dairy fudge.

For deliveries, the business utilise their two ELECTRIC vans and for the future, they have their eyes on more steps to continue to revolutionise the environmental impact of producing and delivering delicious fudge.
