Based about midway between Lowestoft and Norwich, this Community Interest Company and it’s shareholders gained control of only the village store for miles around On the 12/03/2018
Since the Thurlton Community Store became the responsibility of the CIC and they have worked tirelessly to make it an asset to the local area. Not just supplying local produce and delivering during the lockdown but also adding a Community Shop allotment and hosting tasting sessions for Adnam’s products as well. They have also had to address the knotty problem of finding the funds to renovate and modernise the store itself.
